1. Services Provided
Mauldin Firewood provides high-quality seasoned firewood, delivered and stacked at your designated location.
2. Payment

All payments must be made via Venmo.

Payment is due upon delivery completion unless otherwise agreed upon in advance.
3. Delivery and Stacking

Delivery includes stacking the firewood at a location specified by the customer during the order process.

Customers must ensure the stacking location is safe and accessible upon delivery.

If stacking is not possible due to safety or accessibility issues, firewood will be delivered and left in a designated spot agreed upon with the customer.
4. Cancellations and Refunds

Orders may be canceled without penalty if notice is provided at least 24 hours before the scheduled delivery.

Refunds for cancellations made within 24 hours of delivery may be subject to a fee to cover expenses incurred.
5. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for ensuring their delivery location is safe, accessible, and legally compliant.

Mauldin Firewood is not liable for damages resulting from improper stacking requests or conditions beyond our control at the delivery site.
6. Liability

Mauldin Firewood makes every effort to deliver high-quality firewood. However, firewood is a natural product, and minor variances in wood quality, size, or moisture level may occur.

Mauldin Firewood is not responsible for any injuries or damages resulting from the use, storage, or handling of firewood after delivery.
7. Privacy Policy

Any personal information collected during the order process (e.g., name, address, Venmo username) will be used solely for the purpose of providing our services.

8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website and will take effect immediately for new orders.
